COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS

Our highest priority during the coronavirus pandemic is to ensure the safety and well being of all of our residents.  We appreciate your ongoing support for and understanding of the measures we have in place during this challenging time.

Banksia Lodge – residential aged care:

A Traffic Light System (click here to view) has been introduced to help residents, staff and visitors understand visitation rules and requirements on any given day according to the risk profile. Currently Banksia Lodge is operating at the Green Light level.   The Traffic Light System replaces all previous Visitation Position Statements but please note that it is updated from time to time.

If you have any questions about visiting, please call us prior to travelling on 02 4471 6091 during business hours, and we will be happy to clarify any queries with you.
